Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to YHWH Prints. YHWH Prints operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services offered through the website (collectively, the “Services”).

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using our Services.

By visiting our website, using our Services, or purchasing from YHWH Prints, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Minor variations between digital product images and the physical product are possible and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

We may also limit the availability or quantity of products offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction where appropriate.

3. Made-to-Order Products

Many YHWH Prints products are produced after an order is placed rather than being held as finished inventory.

Because production may begin shortly after an order is submitted, cancellation, modification, return, and exchange options may be limited once production begins.

4. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from YHWH Prints.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

Payment problems
Suspected fraud
Pricing or listing errors
Product availability issues
Shipping restrictions
Incorrect information
Technical errors
Violations of these Terms

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including the product, size, quantity, shipping address, and contact information.

If you ordered the wrong product or size, entered incorrect information, or changed your mind, contact us at contact@yhwhprints.com as soon as possible and within 1 business day of placing your order.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel or modify an order if production has not begun. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification because orders may enter production shortly after being placed.

Once production has begun, an order generally cannot be canceled or modified for buyer-preference reasons.

5. Prices, Promotions, and Payment

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

The amount charged for an order will be the price displayed and accepted during checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.

Discounts, promotional offers, and sale prices may be subject to additional terms and may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.

Unless otherwise stated, applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, or other charges may be added where required.

Any shipping charges applicable to an order will be disclosed during checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Products may be manufactured, packaged, and shipped by third-party production and fulfillment providers on our behalf.

Production and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Customs processing
Address problems
Production delays
Transportation disruptions
Other events outside our control

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately at contact@yhwhprints.com. We will attempt to correct the address if fulfillment has not progressed too far, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

If a product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after delivery.

Because products are generally produced after an order is placed, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other buyer-preference reasons after production has begun.

Nothing in our policies limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the YHWH Prints website and its content, including artwork, graphics, photographs, product designs, logos, branding, text, videos, layouts, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to YHWH Prints and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website and its content only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not, without prior written permission:
